After years of research and development as well as a significant investment in dedicated machinery, Adrad are proud to launch their Australian made range of heavy duty Aluminium Modular Radiator (AMR) and Next Generation Modular Radiator (NGMR) cores to suit Caterpillar Off-Highway equipment. This is the first of what will be a growing line of water-to-air and oil coolers to be released in 2021.
Adrad's in-house engineering team developed these aftermarket AMR and NGMR modules to exact requirements. As a result, they passed a rigorous 100,000 pressure cycle test first time, meeting the most demanding CAT OE specifications. The Adrad radiator modules performed flawlessly in both durability and thermal performance during extensive field testing on Caterpillar machines. Tear-down testing proved exceptional tube-to-fin bonds and core integrity.
Tanks are cast and finished by Harrop Casting Technologies in Adelaide to the same renowned high standards as their superchargers and brakes.
Adrad is dedicated to quality manufacturing and has invested in new dedicated machinery to produce the required fin and components for these radiator modules. This includes installing a new brazing furnace (the largest and most advanced of its type in the southern hemisphere) at their Beverley production facilities.
The alloy fin for the AMR and NGMR modules is the heaviest Adrad has ever produced. Combined with Adrad's legendary hemmed fin edge, this provides an extremely strong and durable core.
Adrad AMR and NGMR modules deliver on performance and reliability. They are competitively priced and covered by Adrad's Nationwide Warranty with a support network of warehouses and workshops spanning across Australia.
Another quality cooling product from Australia's No.1 radiator manufacturer and supplier.
